Before you proceed, we want to ensure that you are fully informed about the terms and conditions of this service. 1. Scope of Service

Babel Translators Global will provide comprehensive assistance, including the crafting of proposed endeavors, developing your case, drafting the petition, researching, compiling, and labeling evidence, and aiding in the drafting of recommendation letters. Please note that we are not attorneys, and our service is limited to providing writing and linguistic support. We do not offer legal advice or guarantee the approval of your petition by USCIS. The outcome of a USCIS petition is subject to their evaluation and discretion.

2. Information and Documentation

You agree to furnish all necessary information and documentation related to your qualifications, achievements, and experiences. Babel Translators Global will rely on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by you to draft the petition. After payment, you must submit these documents within 14 days to initiate the writing process.

3. Consultations and CV Evaluation

We offer a free initial consultation and CV evaluation. However, if you proceed to make payment but later decide not to move forward with the service, no full refund will be issued. You will be charged $100 for each consultation and $100 for the CV evaluation already provided. Any ideas or intellectual insights shared during consultations remain the intellectual property of Babel Translators Global until the service is fully delivered.

4. Confidentiality

Babel Translators Global will treat all information and documents you share with us as confidential. We will not disclose any sensitive details to third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Payment

You agree to make the agreed-upon payment for the petition writing service before the commencement of work. The writing process is considered to have commenced once Babel Translators Global has reviewed your CV and provided the initial consultation. After this point, all payments are non-refundable.

6. Refund Policy

Once consultations have commenced and payment is made, no full refunds will be issued if the client terminates the process. If a refund is requested after payment is made but before the writing process begins, the $100 for each consultation and $100 for the CV evaluation already provided will be deducted from the amount paid. In the event of a case denial, Babel Translators Global will continue to work with you under agreed terms to reapply until your case is approved. Any additional costs or terms will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.

7. Document Submission Deadline

After payment, clients must submit the necessary documents within 14 days. If the documents are not submitted within this timeframe, the writing process will be deemed to have commenced, and no refund will be issued.

8. Timeline

Babel Translators Global will work diligently to complete the draft of your petition within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, any delays caused by factors beyond our control may affect the delivery date.

9. Revisions

We offer unlimited rounds of revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the content. We will continue revising until you are fully satisfied with our work.

10. Copyright and Ownership

Upon full payment, the copyright and ownership of the written content will transfer to you. Babel Translators Global will have no claim over the material.

11. Consent to Terms and Conditions
